US Shipping

All orders will be shipped through FedEx postal Services.

The delivery date of goods can be calculated as follows: (Time of order) + (Order Process Time/Address Verification Time*) + (Shipping Time) = Total Delivery Time

For Security reasons, Gemcojewels.us ships to street addresses only, and not to PO Boxes or similar addresses. Phone number is must with all the orders. Your phone number will not be used for any promotion or personal purpose. It may be required by courier company to assure safe and timely delivery.

All orders will be shipped pending credit approval. Customer support may contact customers for additional information as required.

In the event your order cannot be shipped you will be contacted immediately by e-mail and informed the reason for the delay.

Order Cancellation

Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment system is designed to get orders shipped and on their way to our customers quickly and efficiently. As a result, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has already entered the shipping process. If your order cannot be cancelled, and you are unhappy with it, simply return it to gemcojewels.us according to our return policy.
